Singer-songwriters George Belliveau and Monique Poirier first met on stage at Le Pays de la Sagouine in Bouctouche, NB, in 1994. Since then, the two have collaborated on countless musical productions, celebrating Acadian culture and the art of song. The two also front their respective groups, Les Muses & Les Frères Belivo during their sold-out annual Christmas performances held for the past 20 years at the Capitol.

During these unprecedented and strange times, they are keen to bring their music to audiences through the magic of modern technology. Those unacquainted with their harmonious talents will be beguiled by their warmth and charm.

Accompanied by François Émond, George and Monique will present songs the pair co-wrote for a number of George’s albums, as well as songs from their respective repertoires.

Jason LeBlanc, AKA Menoncle Jason, is a prolific multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter. Menoncle finds his inspiration in ordinary rural life. Lead by a sense of humour and his baritone voice, his songs talk about outlaw (but never criminal) life, while being inspired by the regional colors of his home in Southeastern New Brunswick. Jason is a talented guitarist and his songs are sure to move people. He will be accompanied on stage by Nicholas LeBlanc, Christien Belliveau and Marc-André Belliveau.
