I normally paint more illustrative and representational watercolours of places I love, with delicate and gentle colours, but this is very different.
2020-22 was such a transformative time for me, where I took time to really explore, learn, grow – climaxing in a spontaneous trip to South Africa in October to November 2021.

This exhibit is very autobiographical and was a wonderful creative release.
